Hello blog and anyone who might be interested.

I write this for me, but, for those who may read it, few words about me.

People from poker world know me as Sensei, Drzih, and those who know me since my beginning  knew me also as BannedOak.

I started playing poker accidentally, while I was laying  at the couch healing my  knee tendon (destroyed at sledding) and switching satellite programs at DSF sport program I came across with poker (which had an error, lol, since it didn't have 5 cards, the only form I had known until then). I recall that at the table were Teddy Sheringham (a former English football national team member) and DevilFish Ulliot. I tried to realize how they play it, but I couldn't get the clue. I took my laptop and searched for the room with the name that was at the poker table - PokerStars.com. Then I did something unimaginable until then. I visited the gamble website!!! Until then I was avoiding them completely.

I downloaded and installed the software, opened the account and started playing cash with playmoney. Slowly, I was learning which combination is stronger. I was not the poker-automate boy so I didn't know if a set is stronger than a straight or a flush stronger than a full house. Quickly, I came accross with Sit 'n' Go tournemants, of course for play money. Since I've always been the competition type, tournaments better suited myself than cash play.

Since I was already well infected and I couldn't walk, soon, my laptop was full of poker room softwares. Any room which was accessible, was installed and I had an account everywhere. Why? Because I discovered freeroll tournaments. I was becoming better player and started earning few cents or dollars, and I was happy because with that money I could pay my favorite Sit 'n' Go tournaments. Of course, money play was completely different and earned money was quickly lost. Later, I would earn something more, but since I was entering tournaments with higher buyins (lol, higher, $2 lol) I would lose again and I was back on the start. I had no idea about bankroll management, so easy come, easy go. Anyway, my experience was bigger and bigger. Soon, in each freeroll I played I achieved one of 10% places, and won few freerolls too.

Then I discovered the "no deposit bonuses", collected them all, about $1.600 and released them all. That amount became my real fund for playing, and my experience grew enough so I didn't lose those money. So, I've never invested any cent of my own to play poker.

I started learning from all available books. At the PokerInside website I formed the CROker Team and invited players from Croatia to join it. The team was great and we played successfully and our team was for long time in TOP20 out of 1000 teams. Once 6 our players were at the final table of the Team TOP10 competition tournament. I recall that we kicked out 3 french and one canadian from the final table. Soon after that with my friend from CROker Team I formed the Skype group CROker Team which quickly grew. Thanks to that friendship i switched to $5, $11, soon to $22 Sit 'n' Go tournaments. I play them even today in range of buyins $22 - $109.
